Shippensburg 1, Greencastle-Antrim 0: The Greyhounds scored on a header off a corner kick for the game’s only goal as the Blue Devils were defeated in a Mid Penn Colonial game on the road Wednesday night.

Greencastle coach Jonathan Lewis said, “This was a tough loss to take. We were sloppy in the first half and didn’t play up to our standard, but I thought we came out in the second half and really took control of the game. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find the equalizer.

“Give Shippensburg credit, but I’m proud of how we responded after halftime. We have three games left and our focus now is on learning from this one, putting it behind us, and finishing the season strong.”

The Blue Devils are 5-6-3 (3-5-3 MPC). Ship is 10-2-6 (7-1-4 MPC).
