BOYS LACROSSE
Central Dauphin 18, Chambersburg 10: The Trojans could not overcome a rocky first half and fell to the Rams in a Mid Penn Commonwealth game at Trojan Stadium on Wednesday night.
Central Dauphin led 13-4 at halftime, although Chambersburg (4-8, 3-7 MPC) held a 6-5 advantage in the latter half.
“We played very well on the ride today, but struggled in other areas,” Trojan coach Joey Wilmot said. “The second half was much better.”
Ryan Cosey put up 5 goals and added an assist for Chambersburg and Matt Tucker came up with 3 goals.
Blake Dupont and Quinn Makosy chipped in with a goal each, and Connor Munson had an assist. Goalie Kellen Sanders made 12 saves.
GIRLS LACROSSE
Central Dauphin 19, Chambersburg 1: The Rams sent the Trojans (4-6, 4-6 MPC) to a Mid Penn Commonwealth defeat on Wednesday afternoon in Linglestown.
BOYS TENNIS
Chambersburg at Carlisle: No report.
