Southern Fulton falls to Everett, girls defeated by Forbes Road

BOYS: Southern Fulton hosted Everett on Thursday evening and fell 44 to 38.  The Indians (4-6, 0-2 ICC South), led 12 to 8 at the end of one period and 19 to 16 at Halftime.

The Indians went cold in the third period and were outscored by the Warriors 14 to 6. After knotting the game up 36 to 36, Everett closed it out in the fourth with foul shots and a narrow victory.

The Indians were led by Teagan Ritz with 12 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 steals.  Trentin Cain had 9 points and 4 blocks.  Gaven Mellott had 8 points, 2 rebounds, and 3 steals.  Sam Stotler added 6 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists.   Everett was led by Ethan Richards with 21 points.

Southern Fulton plays another ICC South game at home on Friday, January 10th, with Forbes Road.

Dayton Carpenter led SF with 23 points.

GIRLS: The Southern Fulton Indians (4-4 1-1 ICC South) traveled to Forbes Road Thursday evening.

Harvey led with 15 points, Johnson had 13, Ah Loe had 10, Mellott had 6, Schriever had 4, and Hoopengardner had 2.

Southern Fulton will host Meyersdale Monday, January 13th.
