GIRLS: The Shalom Lady Flames found themselves down 16-9 at the end of the first quarter and were not able to recover losing to the Frederick Lady Warriors 52-41. The Warriors hit 6 three-pointers – the Warrior’s Ella Bennet led all scorers with 20 points.

Addison Adams and Maya Lehman led the Flames in scoring with 10 points each, Chloe Martin added 9 and Emily Van Pelt chipped in 4. Jaicee Keller, Madison Moretti and Adams each had 7 rebounds for the Flames. Next up for the Flames is the Faith Christian Lady Falcons.

BOYS: Shalom 72  Frederick Warriors 50  Three players scored in double figures for the Flames. Ethan Hubers led the way with 15, Connor Roseman had 14, and Cason Martin had 11. Four other players had at least 6 and the Flames were able to pull away in the second half for the victory
