BOYS TRACK & FIELD
Chambersburg 105, Central Dauphin East 45: The Panthers were depleted in numbers by a field trip and the Trojans took advantage, winning a Mid Penn Commonwealth meet easily Tuesday at Trojan Stadium.

Individual winners on the track included Trentin Overcash in the 1600 (4:44) and 800 (2:01), Worrell in the 100 (10.8), Kevin Lee in the 300 hurdles (43.8) and Brayden Boyd in the 3200 (10:48).

Relay winners came in the 4 x 800 (Cole Runyon, Billy Prentice, Ian Brechbiel and Nick Monheim) in 12:01, the 4 x 100 (Jayden Jones, Karter Jones, Donovan Moses and Worrell) in 43.2, and the 4 x 400 (Aaron Maynard, Kenan Korkutovic, Diontae Barbour and Worrell) in 3:28.2.

Trojan coach Bob Walker said, “Tyeshawn looks sharp and Trentin ran an easy 2:01 in the 800. Diontae could be a real sleeper in the 800 — his 2:02 looked great.  Adrieon Shines and Malaki Blair (who placed 2-3) should give us two good triple jumpers for next year.

“I’ve said each week that we continue to get better, and I’m looking forward to the postseason.”
