Chambersburg, Pa. – The Tigers lost a 5-4 non league game at Shalom Christian Academy.  Tiger Coach Paul Coffman commented, “Their pitcher threw a nice game (12K’s) and they had a few timely hits throughout the game”.  Leading the Tigers offensively were Kyler Goshorn with two hits and Colton Friese with two hits and a double. Wes Moats, Alex Umbrell, Luke Coffman, and Wyatt Appleby all had RBI singles.  The Flames Logan Martin threw six innings and got the win.  Seth Appleby got the save in the 7th.  Kyler Goshorn took the loss, going six innings, giving up 7 hits and 3 earned runs.  Fannett Metal (6-12) will travel to Hyndman on Monday for a 4:30 game. 

Southern Fulton 14 Hancock 1

Warfordsburg, Pa. – Southern Fulton (7-10) avenged a previous loss to Hancock, downing the Panthers 14 to 1 in a non league matchup. A big fourth inning propelled the Indians to the win. Colton Souders led the Indians with 3 RBIs and Luke Fitz added 2 RBIs. Isaac Fitz picked up the win going 4 innings, striking out 4 and walking 1. Gabe Stotler threw an inning of relief. Southern Fulton will travel to Fannett Metal for a 4:30 game time on May 15.
