Willow Hill, Pa. – Fannett Metal (6-3, 5-3 ICC) hosted Northern Bedford and got some key 2 out hits to outlast the Panthers 7-2. Morgan Rotz had 2 hits with 3 RBIs and Jade Rhodes plated 2 runs on a big 2 out double. Tori Swailes and Morgan Ritchey both added 2 hits each. Klarissa Miley and Rhodes combined to pitch a 2 hit effort with Rhodes picking up the win with 4 strike outs in 5 innings. The Tigers will host Shade on Monday at 4:30.

McConnellsburg 10 Southern Fulton 7

Warfordsburg, Pa. – Southern Fulton (3-5, 3-5 ICC) hosted rival McConnellsburg (5-5, 5-4 ICC) and fell in a game full of hits by both teams. The Spartans had 18 hits and the Indians had 14. Kylie Garland went 4-5 and Destiny Hall and Kaele DeShong added 3 hits each for the Spartans. Hall picked up the win. Spartan Coach Dana Winters said, “Both teams hit the ball well today. This may have been the best game we’ve played this season.” The Indians were led by Cheyanne Miller with 3 hits, Jesse Covalt, Julia Barnhart and Emme White all added 2 hits. McConnellsburg will travel to Mercersburg Academy on Tuesday, while Southern Fulton will travel to Southern Huntingdon.
