Warfordsburg, Pa. – Southern Fulton (15-8) jumped out to a 17 to 6 first quarter lead and never looked back as they beat county rival Forbes Road (9-13) 55 to 27 in the first round of the District V Class A Playoffs. Gabe Stotler led the SF with 29 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 steals. Dylan Melton Contributed 8 points, 4 steals, and 2 assists. Colby Whiteside added 7 points and 5 rebounds. Justin Morris chipped in 6 points, 6 rebounds, and 2 assists. Forbes Road was led by Logan Deshong with 11 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 steals. Southern Fulton will play Shanksville, who beat Fannett Metal, on Friday at a site to be determined.
