The James Buchanan Lady Rockets turned it up on both ends of the court in the fourth quarter and pulled out a 34-25 win over the Waynesboro Maidens on Friday in a Mid Colonial Division basketball game.

JB (4-8), which broke a 5-game losing streak, held a slim 23-21 led heading into the final quarter, but outscored the Maidens 11-4 to close out the game.

Cass Martin led the Lady Rockets with 9 points and Abby Mackling added 8. Leslie Huckle led Waynesboro (0-12) with 8 points.
