The James Buchanan Lady Rocket tennis team knocked off Bermudian Springs, 4-1 on Sept. 1 in a non-league match

James Buchanan (3-3) won 2 of 3 singles matches and swept both doubles matches.

Winners in singles play for the Rockets were Abby Mackling (No. 2, 6-1, 6-0) and Amber Clark (No. 3, 6-0, 6-0).

Doubles winners were Megan Hoffeditz and Ella Jones at No. 1 (6-1, 6-1) and the No. 2 team of Lindsey Meyers and Sydney Jones, which won 6-1, 6-0.
