The Shalom Lady Flames went on the road and picked up a solid win against the Dayspring Lady Warriors 55-35.
Four minutes into the game, the Flames held a slim 10–9 lead, but they closed the first quarter on a 12–2 run to take a 22–11 advantage, fueled by Maya Lehman’s 11 points in the opening period.
The Lady Warriors battled hard from start to finish and matched the Flames with nine points in the third quarter. However, Shalom pulled away in the fourth quarter, extending the lead and securing a 55–35 victory.
The Flames’ defensive pressure kept the Warriors off balance all night. Julianna Myers continued to excel on the defensive end, and the team consistently generated offense through its defensive effort.
