The Shalom Lady Flames opened their season with an impressive 55–17 win over the Fairfield Lady Knights. The Flames came out strong, fueled by their three seniors—Addison Adams, Emily Rebok, and Maya Lehman—who combined for 17 of the team’s 23 first-quarter points. The Flames aggressive defense set the tone early, holding the Knights to just 3 points in the opening quarter.
Shalom pushed the pace all night, using their transition game and tough defense to stay firmly in control. The strong lead also allowed the Flames to rotate deep into their bench, giving several younger players valuable varsity minutes.
Rebok led the scoring with 14 points, followed by Adams with 10. Sydney Moore, Chloe Diller, and Harper Adams each added 8 points. Lehman delivered another strong performance distributing the ball, and Julianna Myers stood out on the boards and on defense, taking on the Lady Knights’ strongest player.
A great way to start the season, Lady Flames!
