Chambersburg coach Shane Henry said, “That girl, a Div. I recruit for Liberty, just controlled the entire game. We played good lacrosse in the second half; I just want them to start games with the same intensity that they’ve had in the second half of games.

“We did a lot of really good things. Our transitions were the best they’ve been all season. We really moved the ball well and worked together on offense. We didn’t fold, and that’s a positive we can build on.”

Reagan Barrett fired in 3 goals and had an assist for the Trojans (6-9), while Brynn Sekel, Adele Henry, Mara Costolo, Mollie Yardley-Gontz and McKenna Myers each scored one goal. Reese Heverley made 6 saves and Bree Keefer-Fanny was credited with 2.

Coach Henry said, “McKenna played her best lacrosse of the season tonight – she was intense and fought hard for every ball, and handled the ball well in pressure. Reagan was a workhorse on offense. Brooke Mickey had 3 caused turnovers and really hustled.”
