DILLSBURG — The Mid Penn Conference held its annual Mid Penn Plunge this week at Northern York, with competition concluding Saturday.
The meet is for swimmers who did not qualify for the Mid Penn championships, giving them another chance to qualify for the District 3 meet.
The Chambersburg boys had three top-10 finishes and were seventh in the team standings.
The 200 freestyle relay team of Kahne Smith, Andrew Lenherr, Brian Sulcove and Keagan Myers took third in a time of 1:41.96, which was the highest-ever finish for a Chambersburg relay at the event. Myers was 8th in the 100 freestyle (55.92) and the 400 free relay team of Levi Uglow, Nolan Diehl, Maximus Dunlap and Parker Miller took seventh in 4:81.11.
