G-A roundup: Blue Devils fall by 25 in tournament final

Donegal 69, Greencastle-Antrim 44: The Indians overran the Blue Devils in a strong first half, taking a 40-16 lead, on their way to a win in the championship game of the East Pennsboro tournament on Saturday night.

Joseph Williams scored 21 of his 27 points in the first half for Donegal (4-7) and Sawyer Floyd added 19 points.

For the Blue Devils (3-5), Carter McCauley put up 12 points, Alex Albright scored 10 points (all in the second half), and Landen Swain added 8.

Blue Devils compete at Trojan Wars: Greencastle-Antrim participated in the MyHOUSE Trojan Wars tournament at Chambersburg on Saturday and five G-A wrestlers picked up a win.

Kahl Cordell (114), Chance Zimmerman (121), Jackson Polifka (127), Aiden Crouse (133) and Ayden Amsley (172) each put up a 1-2 record.

Brock Neville (107), Carter Kuykendall (139), Myles Ingram (145) and Braden Eckert (152) logged 0-2 records.
