First-place Grace Academy handed the Cumberland Valley Christian Blazers a 3-0 defeat Monday in a Mason Dixon Christian Conference girls volleyball match.
Grace is 5-0 in the MDCC and has not lost a set in any of its league matches. Grace won games of 25-16, 25-11 and 25-10.
For the Blazers (6-5, 2-3 MDCC), Reagan Witmer had 3 kills and 3 blocks; Sydney Wiegand had 2 kills and 1 dig; Addison Teal had 3 aces, 3 digs and 2 serve receptions; Chloe Smith had 5 digs and 4 serve receptions; Allison Rowe had 5 digs and 17 serve receptions; Makenna Morris had 1 serve reception; Gloria Martin had 5 digs and 6 serve receptions; Kayla Helman had 1 dig; and Kaitlyn Garvin had 7 digs, 20 assists and 4 serve receptions.
