Paul Hendershot drove in seven runs on two hits to lead Southern Fulton (14-2, 6-0) past Meyersdale 26-3 on Wednesday.
Hendershot singled with bases loaded in the third scoring three, walked in the second scoring one, doubled off the fence in the fourth scoring one, and walked in the fifth scoring one.
The Indians got on the board in the first inning after Mark Fitz singled in Ethan Powell with 2 outs.
The Indians scored five runs on one hit in the top of the second inning. Ethan Powell drew a walk, scoring one run, Hendershot drew a walk, scoring one run, and Fitz singled, scoring three runs.
Southern Fulton scored six runs on two hits in the top of the third inning.
Joel Fitz singled, scoring one run, a dropped third strike scored one run, Hendershot singled, scoring three runs, and Hendershot scored after tagging up on a long fly out by Ethan Mellott.
Southern Fulton scored 11 runs on three hits in the top of the fifth inning. Brady Dressel drew a walk, scoring one run, Powell drew a walk, scoring one run, Hendershot drew a walk, scoring one run, Owen Oakman drew a walk, scoring one run, Austin Mann drew a walk, scoring one run, Hayden Lawrence singled, scoring one run, Kaiden Schriever hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run, Dressel singled, scoring two runs, Hendershot was struck by a pitch, driving in a run, and Oakman drew a walk, scoring one run.
Joel Fitz earned the win for Southern Fulton. The righty allowed two hits and three runs (zero earned) over three innings, striking out two and walking two.
Trentin Cain pitched two innings of no-run ball for Southern Fulto in relief. The right-handed pitcher gave up one hit, striking out six and walking one.
The Indians will travel to Northern Bedford County for their next game on Friday at 4:30 in an ICC cross division battle.
