The newly formed Greencastle-Antrim Athletic Hall of Fame is excited to announce that it is accepting nominations for the initial Hall of Fame class, the Class of 2024.

The committee, consisting of nine members, will accept nominations until May 15, 2024. Nomination forms are available on the Greencastle-Antrim School District website. Once nominations are completed, the committee will invite all nominations to apply for membership. The deadline for this portion of the process will be July 1, 2024. The committee will review all applications and select members for admittance into the Hall of Fame.

The Class of 2024 will be introduced at halftime of the home football game on Friday, September 27, 2024, and a recognition dinner will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024.

Nominations for athletes, teams, coaches, administrators, or contributors/honorary to the athletic program will be accepted.  Athletes and teams are eligible for nomination 10 years after their class’s graduation.  Coaches and administrators are eligible after five years of leaving employment at the Greencastle-Antrim School District.

Normally, a class will consist of a maximum of five (5) members and no more than one (1) contributor/honorary nominee shall be elected each year. However, the committee will determine the number of members for the initial class.
