James Buchanan wins in extra innings

The James Buchanan Rockets came back to life winning in 8 innings against Northern with a score of 6 to 3.  The Rockets scored 3 runs in the top of the 8th for the win. 

The 8th inning showed Jimmy Bell getting hit by a pitch.  Then Jake Miller came to the plate and hit a double down the left field line scoring Bell.  Drew Crouse came to up to bat and drew a walk.  Next up, Carter Hissong.  Miller and Crouse steal a base and with an error by the catcher, Miller scores and Crouse moves to 3rd.  Hissong hits a  single scoring Crouse.

Jake Miller started on the mound for JB.  He gave up 7 hits with 3 earned runs over 6 innings striking out 7 and walking 4.  Drew Crouse tossed for 2 innings with 1 hit, 3 strike outs and 1 walk.

DePasqua from Northern started the game, allowed 6 hits with 4 runs over 7 1/3 innings, striking out 3 and walking 1.  Dees came in for .2 innings allowing 2 hits, 2 runs, 0 strikeouts and 1 walk.  

Northern:

Yost went 3 for 4 with 1 run, 1 RBI

Ferret went 2 for 4 with 1 RBI
