Meyersdale traveled to Southern Fulton for an ICC Inter-Division contest on Tuesday evening that saw the Indians winning 52 to 30. Southern Fulton (13-9, 5-3 ICC South) led 21 to 6 after the first quarter and were never threatened.
SF Coach Jeremy Hann commented “It was Senior Night and there is always emotion with that, but we played well, especially Clayton Carpenter who had a great game tonight”.
Southern Fulton was led by Hunter Ward with 17 points, 3 assists, and 5 steals. Clayton Carpenter had 13 points and 10 rebounds (both Career Highs). Jett Burger had 8 points, 5 rebounds, and 6 assists. Trentin Cain had 8 points, and 4 assists. Ethan Mellott added 4 points, 3 assists, and 4 steals.
Southern Fulton now awaits final seeding for the PIAA District 5 playoffs.
