Greencastle-Antrim 3, Shippensburg 0: The Blue Devils ran their win streak to 9 by sailing past the Greyhounds on Tuesday evening in a Mid Penn Colonial match at Shippensburg.

The game scores were 25-19, 25-15 and 25-22.

“The girls pushed hard through adversity, served strong and did what was needed against a strong third-set surge by Shippensburg,” G-A coach Corry Eagler said.

Alaina Garling had a nice match, scoring 10 service points, including 4 aces, and adding 14 assists.

Abby Eagler made 10 kills and had 10 digs, Wren Roberts scored 9 points and had 4 aces, Kylie Kerns had 6 digs and 16 assists, Brianna Woodring contributed 11 digs and Lily Kauffman put down 10 kills.

FIELD HOCKEY
Gettysburg 1, Greencastle-Antrim 0: The Warriors scored the lone goal of the game to swipe a Mid Penn Colonial victory from the Blue Devils on Tuesday afternoon in Gettysburg.

Greencastle, now 4-11 (3-7 MPC), had fallen 5-0 to Gettysburg earlier in the season.
