Conestoga Valley 15, Chambersburg 1: The Trojans had a lot going against them in a non-league contest at Conestoga Valley on Saturday morning and it showed as the Buckskins romped.

“In hindsight, a 10 a.m. game two hours away the day after Color Day shouldn’t have happened,” Chambersburg coach Joey Wilmot said.

Sam Kunkleman scored the only goal for the Trojans (6-7). The Buckskins are 8-6.

POSTPONEMENTS: The baseball, softball and girls lacrosse games scheduled for Saturday were postponed until Friday, May 5.

The Waynesboro at Chambersburg baseball game will now be played at 4:15 Friday, the Waynesboro at Trojan softball game is Friday at 4:15, and the York Suburban at Chambersburg girls lacrosse will be Friday at 7 p.m.
