Chambersburg 3, New Oxford 1: The Trojans opened their match schedule with a victory over the Colonials in a non-league contest at CASHS Field House.

Andrew Holtry
Chambersburg won the first two games, 25-18 and 25-19, dropped the third, and rallied to take the fourth game, 25-21.
“We served tough the first two games, which kept New Oxford’s size from playing a factor,” Trojan coach Ray Frazer said. “Game 3 we started to play it safe and New Oxford took advantage. We started making a lot of errors and they kept their errors to a minimum.
“In Game 4, we gained some confidence back and started to become aggressive again. Reed Myers did a good job distributing the ball to our hitters. Andrew Holtry was a dominant force at the net and Reid Leidig and Kerlyn Reyes were a huge help in serve receive.”

Camren Lesznar
