BOYS SOCCER
Greencastle-Antrim 1, Shippensburg 0: The Blue Devils scored a goal just 4 minutes into the game, and made that stand up for a Mid Penn Colonial victory over the Greyhounds at Kaley Field.

Brady Wagner knocked in the goal, with an assist going to Chase Davidson.

G-A coach Aric Bruner said, “What a tremendous effort by our boys tonight. After the last Shippensburg game (a 4-0 defeat) and the events that transpired during the course of that game, our team was hyper-focused and it showed in how we started the game.

“Brady put in the goal in the first five minutes, but we also could have had two or three more during that opening 10 minutes. We are playing a complete team game right now and our defense is really doing a great job in these past few games.”

Ethan Ford made 4 saves for Greencastle (8-3, 6-3 MPC) and Kade Rumbaugh had 7 saves for Ship (4-6).
