Fannett- Metal (3-0, 2-0 ICC) went on the road tonight and picked up a solid 47-25 victory over the Titans from Tussey Mountain. The Tigers put three players in double figures. Wyatt Appleby led the way offensively with 21 points and 11 rebounds. Hunter Hill had 11 points and Ayden Warren scored 10 points and had 5 steals. “ Our defense was strong tonight led by senior Ayden Warren. Sophomores Riley Martin and Drew Goshorn played solid games, and we got valuable key minutes from the rest of our bench as well which can only help their confidence moving forward. This was a nice victory on the road,” said Fannett-Metal Coach Paul Coffman. They was no JV game tonight.
The Tigers return home on Wednesday night for an ICC matchup with Southern Huntington. The game is scheduled to start at 7:00.
