Greencastle (11-4, 9-2 MPC) exploded for all eight runs in the top of the second inning, aided by two errors, four walks and three hits.

After an error, Darren Kline and Aidan Grudzinski walked to load the bases, and walks to Brady Diller and Austin Wyand each brought in a run. Those three hits were the only hits G-A had for the day. Rocket relievers Brandon Schofield (3 1/3 innings) and Garrett Bise (2 innings) held the Blue Devils hitless.
