G-A rdp 2/6: Blue Devil girls take down Camp Hill

Greencastle-Antrim 51, Camp Hill 30: McKenna Rakaczewski had her long-range shooting stroke in good form Thursday night and carried the Blue Devils over Camp Hill in a non-league game.

Rakaczewski fired in seven 3-pointers and made one other basket to total a career-high 23 points for Greencastle (14-7). Greencastle was 1-for-17 in the first quarter, with the lone basket a three from Rakaczewski. She then scored 20 of G-A’s next 24 points, going 6-for-8 from long range.

G-A trailed 8-3 after one quarter, but then caught fire, scoring 36 over the next two periods and holding the Lions (4-17) to just 15 over that span.

Sayge Wilhide knocked down two treys and totaled 12 points, and had 4 assists, while Mia Libby added 8 points and 4 rebounds. Ashley Noblit had 4 assists and 7 rebounds and Lauren Pool grabbed 7 boards.
