FREDERICK, Md. – New Life Christian won the last three games and defeated the Cumberland Valley Christian Blazers 3-1 Monday in a Mason-Dixon Christian Conference girls volleyball match.
The Blazers won the first game 25-22, but New Life claimed consecutive victories of 25-14, 25-16 and 25-16.
For the Blazers (10-7, 7-6 MDCC), Regan Bard had 18 assists, Morgan Householder added six kills, Emilee Beam had nine kills and Ryleigh Timmons contributed 11 digs.
The Blazers won the JV match 2-1.
