Hyndman, Pa. – McConnellsburg (6-11) traveled to Hyndman and downed the Hornets in a non league double header. A big first and fifth innings carried the Spartans to a five inning win. Zander Sipes got the win going 5 innings, while striking out 7. Weston Brunner and Walter Funk had a big game from the plate, both going 3 for 5 and knocking in 5 runs each.

In the second game, the Spartans exploded for 10 runs in the fourth to mercy rule the Hornets. Donavan Garlock led the Spartans’ 15 hit attack with 3 hits and 4 RBI’s.
