Northern York 14, Chambersburg 6: The Polar Bears captured a Mid Penn game against Chambersburg on Friday evening.

“The highlight for us was our transitional passes up the field,” Trjan coach Keara Allshouse said. “We worked really hard on these during practice and it showed. Our four attack players — Taylor Pearce, Molly Keefer, Emma Grimm and Ashlyn Barton — transitioned the ball up the field seamlessly.”

Ashlyn Bothe led Chambersburg (1-7, 1-6 MPC) with three goals, Ashley Bawell scored twice and Grimm added the final goal.

“My girls worked really hard tonight and I am so proud of them,” Allshouse said.
