The James Buchanan Lady Rockets won their third straight game with a convincing victory over Northern.
The Lady Rockets held Northern scoreless in the second quarter and held them to single-digit scoring in each quarter of its 37-16 victory Thursday in a Mid Penn Colonial Division game.
Cass Martin led JB (8-6) with 15 points and 13 rebounds.
“The girls played well and worked with each other,” JB coach Jenny Lauthers said. “It was a good team win. We had some ladies step up and score who don’t usually score.”
JB hosts Everett tonight at 6 in a non-league game.
