The Northern York Polar Bears defeated the Waynesboro Indians for the second time this season, winning 61-50 Friday night at Waynesboro. The Polar Bears took a 12-4 Lead at the end of the first quarter. Waynesboro battled back to tie the game at the half 25-25 but were outscored by Northern 36-25 in the second half.
Cole Rhyne scored 22 for the Indians and Jay Alvarez had 11points.
Northern improves to 14-1 on the season while Waynesboro falls to 11-2.
Waynesboro travels to Shippensburg on Tuesday and Boiling Springs on Friday.
