Chbg. rdp for 12/14: Trojan girls fall to Little Lions

STATE COLLEGE — State College built a 32-20 lead at halftime over Chambersburg, then a 16-3 cushion in the third wrapped up a 55-31 Mid Penn Commonwealth girls basketball win Friday night.

For the Trojans (1-3, 0-2 MPC), Erin Pattillo jacked in a pair of 3-pointers and led her team with 8 points, while Katie Parker and Marlee Wrights each added 7 points.

Chambersburg converted only 7 of 18 free throws.

For the Little Lions, Maya Bokunewicz scored 19 points, Jessica Lingenfelter had 11 and Isabelle Leazier 10.
