Everett, Pa. – Forbes Road (9-8, 3-7 ICC) traveled to Everett for a rare night game. Everett scored a late first half goal and the game stayed deadlocked the rest of the way. Everett was able to hold off the Cardinals and hold on to a 1-0 victory. Forbes Road Coach Justin Gelvin commented, “We had scoring chances, but were unable to convert. Everett’s keeper was the difference in the game.  He made some outstanding saves.” The Cardinals now prepare for a District V Class A playoff appearance, the first in many years. Forbes Road will now wait to see where they will play next Thursday, October 25th.
