Fannett Metal 4 Forbes Road 2

Willow Hill, Pa. – Fannett Metal (9-2-1, 5-1 ICC) defeated league rival Forbes Road (7-6, 2-5 ICC) 4 to 2. Forbes Road Kole Kendall scored in the first 8 minutes of the game to give the visitors 1-0 lead.  Fannett-Metal then responded by scoring the next two goals in the half.  Colton Kline and Zach Seibert assisted.  Kyler Goshorn scored on a nice shot about 20 yards out.  Forbes Road’s Kendall again scored early in the second half to even the score.   FM’s Tilek Maksatbekdy scored 4 min later to put the Tigers ahead assisted by Tanner Seibert, which later scored an insurance goal to seal the win.  Luke Coffman had 8 saves in goal. The Cardinals are scheduled for a makeup game on Thursday at 4:00 against North Star. Fannett Metal travels to Hyndman Charter on Wednesday.
