Warfordsburg, Pa. – The Southern Fulton Lady Indians (9-2) hosted Johnstown Christian on Saturday and defeated them 4-0. Goal scorers were Lydia Hiller with two, and Kayleigh Cirtwell and Kylie Golden with one each. Assists were provided by Lauren Varner with two, and Grace Mosemann and Lydia Hiller with one each. Keeper Bailey Burkett made five saves to record the shutout in the team effort. Southern Fulton will travel to Everett on Tuesday, October 2nd, at 5:30.

McConnellsburg 2 Rockwood 1

McConnellsburg, Pa. – The Lady Spartans (4-4-1) knocked off the top ranked Rockwood Rockets yesterday by a score of 2-1.  The Spartans used a complete team effort to fight back from a 1-0 halftime deficit to push the game to overtime and net the game winner.  The Spartan midfield controlled the game, while the Spartan defense turned away all the Rockwood advances.  Izzy Keefer netted both of the Spartan goals, assists were provided by Lainnie Glenn and Kailey Swope. McConnellsburg returns to action on Tuesday, traveling to Tussey Mt.
