WILLOW HILL – The Cumberland Valley Christian Blazers went on the road for a non-league girls volleyball match on Thursday and came away with a 3-0 victory over Fannett-Metal.
The Blazers (14-1) defeated the Tigers by game scores of 25-17, 25-16 and 25-20.
For the Blazers, Mackenzie Householder had 32 assists, 2 kills, 2 digs and 2 aces, Tahra Kennedy 6 kills, Hunter Timmons 7 kills and 2 blocks, Taylor Heck 5 assists, Emilee Beam 8 kills, 3 digs and 2 aces, Isabel Beard 2 digs, Kerri Potteiger 4 kills and 2 digs, Kaitlin Provard 8 kills and 3 blocks, and Niki Schussler 4 kills and 2 aces.
Fannett-Metal won the JV match, 2-0.
