McConnellsburg, Pa. – The Southern Fulton Lady Indians (4-0, 2-0 ICC) continued with their winning streak (now 4-0 on the season) Thursday night, while visiting county rival Mcconnellsburg (1-2, 1-1 ICC) The final score was 4-2 with Kylie Golden recording two goals and Kayleigh Cirtwell and Grace Mosemann adding one each for the Lady Indians. Assists were provided by Lydia Hiller with two, and Lauren Varner and Sierra McKelvy with one apiece. Keeper Bailey Burkett and defenders, led by Brooke Jordan, held off the Spartan attack. Goal scorers for McConnellsburg were Kailey Swope and Izzy Keefer. McConnellsburg is back in action on Saturday, September 15, at Windber, while Southern Fulton will host Everett.
