North Star 11 McConnellsburg 2

Boswell, Pa. McConnellsburg (8-12) traveled to North Star in the first round of the District V Class AA baseball playoffs and fell to the number one seed 11 to 2. McConnellsburg committed six errors leading to eight unearned runs in the loss. North Star was led by Aledc Supanick with four hits and ten strikeouts by Luke Schrock. Schrock picked up the win and Mellott was tagged for the loss. McConnellsburg’s lone extra base hit was by Lucas McClain.
