Bellwood, Pa. Bellwood captured the boy’s title with 146.5 points and Everett captured the girl’s title with 93 points at the ICC Track and Field Championship yesterday.
McConnellsburg’s Josh Booth broke the meet record in boys 300 hurdles with a time of 39.07 and Hailey Dodson broke the meet record in girl’s shot put with a distance of 38 feet 2 inches. Austin Baker placed first in discus, Josh Booth placed first in 110 and 300 hurdles and Hailey Dodson placed first in girls shot put and discus. Austin Baker was chosen as the meets Outstanding Thrower for the boys and Hailey Dodson was chosen as the meets Outstanding Thrower for the girls.
The Southern Fulton girl’s team won the 400 Relay (Dudich, Jordan, McDonald, Hiller) with a time of 52.90 setting a new school record. The Lady Indians also won the 1600 Relay (J. Hiller, Dudich, Risbon, L. Hiller) with a time of 4:23.69. Fannett Metal’s Alyssa Rotz won the javelin with a throw of 102’2″.
