BOYS LACROSSE
Chambersburg 14, Bishop McDevitt 10: Nash Bothe won 19 of 26 faceoffs, playing a huge role in the Trojans’ non-league victory over the Crusaders on Monday night at Trojan Stadium.

Bothe also led Chambersburg (3-6) in ground balls with 8 and added an assist, helping his team halt a 3-game losing skid.

The Trojans had a season-high 11 players get into the scoring act. Brandin Cosey and Thomas Elia each tallied 3 goals and Riley Ocker and Haden Ocker each hit the net twice. Mason Fisher, Klein Burkholder, Jake Gordon and Zach Smith all scored a goal and Jace Hopple and Grayson Hopple each had an assist.

SOFTBALL
Waynesboro 9, Chambersburg 5: The Maidens scored 6 runs in the second inning and led 8-0 on their way to taking a non-league victory over the Trojans on Monday afternoon.

Chambersburg (4-3) scored all 5 of its runs in the fourth inning, with Hailey Privett slugging a home run and Molly Keefer, Taylor Myers, Kirsten Johnson and Haiden Brookens collecting runs batted in.

Alexis Estep was 2-for-4 for the Trojans and Brooklyn Miller hit a double. Waynesboro is 8-2.
