Hustontown, Pa. – Brycen Hohman threw a complete game, struck out seven, and allowed no walks on his way to a win as Forbes Road (2-2, 2-2 SHL, 2-2 ICC) downed Southern Fulton (3-1, 3-1 SHL, 3-1 ICC) 3 to 2. Gabe Stotler threw a solid four innings allowing one unearned run, and walked one while striking out ten in the loss. Caleb Voegel reached first on a strikeout wild pitch and was sacrificed to second by Shane Schepis. Hohman hit a ground ball that was misplayed, allowing Vogel to score what became the winning run. Both teams had four hits with Logan Deshong going one for three with two RBIs for the Cardinals and Mitchell Potter going one for three with two RBIs for the Indians. Southern Fulton hosts Southern Huntingdon on Sat. 4/14 at 1:00. Forbes Road travels to Fannett Metal on 4/17 with a 4:30 start.
