Shippensburg Swimming

The Greyhounds will be well represented at the upcoming PIAA Class 2A swim championships at Bucknell University on March 14-17.

Madison Osanitsch has qualified in the 200 free and 100 back individual events.

Makenna Morris and Julia Strine also qualified for individual events. Morris in the 200 IM and Strine in the 50 free and 100 breast races.

The girls 200 free and 400 free relay teams also qualified. The 200 team will be Strine, Osanitsch, Teddie Powell and Morris with Rachel Connor the alternate.

The 400 team will be Strine, Osanitsch, Madelyn Facchinei, and Morris with Connor the alternate.

The boys will also be represented by Sam Nonemaker and Elijah Zinn in individual events. Nonemaker will swim in the 100 and 200 free races while Zinn will race in the 100 free event.

Two Greyhound relay teams will also race in the 200 free and 400 free events. THe 200 free team will be Nonemaker, Caleb Eveland, Kaiden Estep, and Zinn with Devin Wilson the alternate. The 400 team will be Zinn, Eveland, Estep, and Nonemaker with Wilson again the alternate.
