The State College Little Lions will go for a second consecutive Mid Penn Championship after defeating Greencastle 95-62 at Cumberland Valley High School Tuesday night.
The Little Lions put up 56 points in the second half and outscored the Blue Devils 56-33 after leading by ten at the half. The Little Lions had 22 offensive rebounds in the second half to just three for Greencastle.
Drew Friberg lead all scorers with 27 points, Tommy Friberg added 17, Max Benner 15 and Brandon Clark 11. Six players scored nine points or more.
Greencastle was lead by Ian Gelsinger with 25 points and Brandon Stuhler with 12.
State College will play Milton Hershey Thursday night at Central Dauphin High School in the Mid-Penn Championship game.
Greencastle ranked #2 in District 3 5A will host #15 seed Donegal on Monday February 19 at 7:00 p.m.
