Fannett Metal (11-9, 9-6 SHL, 7-6 ICC) split a pair of girl’s basketball games this week. On Monday they downed Shalom Christian 66-55. Four Lady Tigers reached double figures. Hoffman had 19 points, Coffman and Johns 15 points each, and M. Ritchey added 14. On Tuesday, they fell to league rival Northern Bedford 53-43. NBC outscored Fannett Metal 21 to 15 in the final quarter to secure the win. M. Ritchey led with 17 points and Johns had 10 points for Fannett Metal. Lady Tiger Coach Todd Best said,”We are in a midst of a grueling part of our schedule and found ourselves splitting a pair of games earlier this week.” Fannett Metal will travel to Southern Fulton tonight.
