Shippensburg standout Cole Forrester has committed to the Air Force Academy to continue his educational and athletic career.

He sits at 27-0 this year and looking for District 3 and PIAA medals.

In a tweet from the senior, he said ” I’m really excited to commit to the academy. I think the Air Force Academy is the perfect fit for my athletic and academic career. I’m looking forward to not only receiving a great education, but get the chance to serve my country. It’s nice to have the weight off my shoulders to focus on my post season run.

“I can’t thank my family, coaches, partners and friends enough for their help along the way. It was a very hard decision, but I believe the academy will help shape me into the person I aspire to be.”
