Both Greyhound squads had minimal issues as they each raced past East Pennsboro Tuesday night. The boys won all but two races to gain a 135-24 victory and the girls on by a score of 131-51.
Caleb Eveland and Sam Nonemaker each won two individual events for
the Greyhounds. Eli Zinn and Caidan Estep each won an event while Cameron Cramer won the diving event.
Shippensburg swept all three relays and moves to 2-1 in the Colonial and 2-2 overall.
Erik Brudowsky won the 50 free and the 100 fly events for the Panthers.
The Greyhound girls displayed their depth as eight different swimmers won events and also all three relay teams won their races.
Julia Strine, Madison Osanitsch Makenna Morris, Madelyne Facchenei, Jordan Seymore, Teddi Powell, and Siah Burkholder won swimming events and Jaylee Gutshall won the diving meet.
Kyra Blystone of the Panthers won the 100 breaststroke race.
The teams will look to continue their winning streaks on Tuesday, January 9th at Northern York at 4:15 pm.
