Shippensburg dropped a 64-59 decision to rival New Oxford in the consolation round of the District 3 Class 5A playoffs and will use that as a major means of motivation this year. Carter Van Scyoc leads a veteran crew of returnees, who hope to make the playoff field again and improve on last year’s 17-7 record.

Veteran coach Ray Staver welcomes Alaric Hickman and Adam Houser back to lead the ‘Hounds team. This team will surprise teams on both ends of the floor.
