McConnellsburg 5, Windber 11. The Spartans (3-1, 0-0 ICC-S) had trouble keeping up with Windber in an 11-5 loss on Wednesday March 25 at home in a cross-conference game.

Windber took the lead in the top of the fifth when Marpoe induced Colton Blackburn to hit into a fielder’s choice, but one run scored, to put Windber ahead, 5-4.  The Spartans offense went cold as Windber continued to advance as they scored three runs in the top of the seventh on a home run to left field by Dylan Woodruff.
