Blue Devils 3rd at tournament: Greencastle-Antrim’s girls wrestling team opened its season by placing third in the Schuylklill Valley Tournament on Saturday, an event with 15 teams.

Kathryn Bream reached the championship match at 130 pounds, winning quarterfinal and semifinal bouts before being pinned in the final by Chloe Meador of Northeastern.

Aniuta Pavlii (112), Jazmin Corbin (124) and Brandy Trail (136) each placed fourth, Anna Booze (142) took fifth place and Rachael Graham placed sixth at 148.

Bream, Booze and Pavlii each earned a pair of wins in the event.
